Chris Kelly uses his extensive knowledge of The Franklin Method, and Pilates, to bring together a beautiful blend of theory and practical exercises relating to the Shoulder joint.
Chris Kelly originally trained as an engineer, before moving in to Pilates through Polestar. He then continued his training to become a Polestar Mentor, while also starting to train in The Franklin Method. He has since moved in to more Classical Pilates work through The Movement Refinery, while also starting his Bachelors in Sport Science, with a goal of becoming an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
